  • How long is employee data kept and how is it deleted after the collaboration has ended?

    The remuneration of temporary workers is provided by JobHive AG, which acts as the employer. The customer pays JobHive AG an agreed hourly fee or an agreed amount per hour worked.
  • Can temporary workers be converted into permanent employees?
    Yes, temporary employees can be converted into permanent employees in certain cases if both the employee and the company so wish. The exact conditions and processes are agreed in advance and are firmly regulated in our general terms and conditions and in our contracts.
  • How do we go about recruiting employees?
    When recruiting employees, we carry out a needs analysis, create job advertisements, review applications, conduct interviews and check references. We also provide support with contract negotiations and the onboarding phase
